It's been waaaay too long since I've checked my account and written a new journal. 

Big things have happened in the interim: I graduated with a BA from Mills, got accepted into a grad program in Arizona, am renting my first apartment, and am going to AnimeExpo again! Hopefully when I get back I'll have time to upload some newer artwork/photos.

WHOOOOT! I Finally got a new scanner (thanks Dad!) so I can upload some new artwork! YAYZ! Hopefully things come out well.

Just got my new driver's license in the mail today (21 whoot!), along with a care package from Dad. It's the little things that matter, but big things are good too

School's going well so far, but already getting stressed out. I won't bore you with the macabre details. Already wish I could be home with my besties and my boyfriend, but that can't be helped right now.

I move back to the Bay Area on Friday :_( I don't want to go!!!!

Somehow I still managed not to get everything on my list done Whyyyyyyy...

It's been a FULL summer (4 photo albums full), and an awesome one at that, so I'm ready for the crazy whirlwind of activities to slow down, but somehow, I doubt they will, considering a few days after I get back to campus, my friends and I are going to do soda shots to the Fellowship of the Ring. Yeah, you read that right.

And dammit, I'm on the verge of something good starting! I. DON'T. WANT. TO. GO.

Anyway, props to all y'all who, whether you got through college or not, tried and are getting on with your lives. Keep on going.

Wow, it's almost finals time! How did that happen? One more week until final papers are due and reviews start!

Last few days it's been pretty hot in the Bay Area, finally got to break out some skirts and tank tops, also got a new hairdo for the first time in 8 years. 0.0 Figuring out the bangs is going to be tricky, but hey, it was time for a change.

Only a few more weeks until Summer!Emily is unleashed upon the world! Whoo, I've got so many plans I don't know when I'll get time to myself, but I can only hope the weather will stay this nice! Maybe a little cooler...

Nothing really special to report except that my big project for the year--the Mills College Powwow--went very well and had a great turnout! By the way, if there's ever a powwow in your area, GO TO IT. Try the frybread and the indian tacos, if they have them. They. Are. Excellent.

Whelp, it's midterm time; I have one next week and one the week after that. My test-load is actually pretty light this semester, considering I'm taking four classes. And you know what? I'm totally cool with that.

I tried to upload some pictures I've taken with my cell phone, but the dimensions/pixels were too small. Anyone know how to fix that? Can it be fixed? I'd really like to upload these pics. I've also got some more graph paper designs finished, now I just have to find a scanner! could I use yours over the summer and/or spring break?

I've heard that a lot of people don't check out the Daily Deviations or didn't know they could. Y'all should check them out--they have really awesome stuff posted there!
